Policies

In order to provide the best service possible and to keep costs low so we can continue to be an affordable choice for all your catering needs, the following will be enforced on all functions:

1. All decorations must be approved by a Finlandia Catering representative; no flammable materials, confetti or lighted candles (candles can be part of the décor but are not to be lit at any time) will be allowed. Decorations are the responsibility of the renter and must be set up and removed by the renter on the day of the function.

2. For room bookings only, cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance of the function or a fee will apply.

3. For room bookings with food service, cancellations must be made 7 days in advance of the function or a fee will apply.

4. If the room is left in an unclean or unacceptable state, or there is damage done to the room or furnishings, a fee will be applied to the bill.

5. For all functions requiring meal service, a gratuity of 12% of the bill before taxes will be applied to the final cost.
